Leonid Chechurin

Prof. Leonid Chechurin

Leonid Chechurin is Professor at the Industrial Management Department of Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland, with 5 books and 80+ papers on mathematics, engineering, creativity and innovation. No, he is not academic scholar, he worked 6 years in industry and 5 years in technology consulting. Yes, he has 10+ patent families on his name as well as has a diverse international expereince of surving, teaching and working in different countries. Leonid is United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization (UN WIPO) expert teaching systematic creativity globally (about 15 WIPO national and regional events in last 6 years).

Anna Kruzenshtern

Jr. Researcher Anna Kruzenshtern

Anna Kruzenshtern is a researcher and project manager exploring learning and creativity through large language models, the Bayesian brain framework, and adaptive systems. She works at the intersection of cognitive science, education, and data science, with interests ranging from NLP and neuroscience to music and animal cognition. Since 2023, she has contributed to EU-funded projects like #3I Solutions for PC and #MEDIA.

Michał Klepka

Michał Klepka, PhD Eng.

Researcher on innovation, policymaker, and entrepreneur in one person—proof of a practical triple helix mindset. Experienced in the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovation policies at national, regional, and local levels, with numerous international connections through his work as an expert and manager in R&D projects (Interreg, Horizon, Erasmus). Closely connected to the market via collaboration with companies and through his own innovations, including AR and industrial design developed in his own company. Actively involved in gamification—author and co-author of business games for children and youth education. He thinks in future tense. Open for cooperation.

Marcin Domaradzki

Marcin Domaradzki

Specialist in the Urban Policy and Innovativeness Department at the Mazovia Development Agency. He is currently participating in the EU project OD4GROWTH. Previously, he worked as a surveyor, cartographer, GIS specialist, and data quality controller. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cycling, and hiking through forests.
